Taking care of the place, paying attention to detail, making the customer feel at home, like a "guest" is one of the main beauty trends. Sensory experience in the spotlight: the harmony of colours, the decorations, the scent of the room, the herbal teas, the ritual of welcome and greeting. Taking care of the “Post – Treatment” follow up. Our extensive SPA experience allows us to share the best standard brands on the market.

ATTENTION TO “ONLINE” DETAILS

The digital ecosystem merges with the physical one to win new customers and maximise the loyalty of existing ones. Texts, images and photos determine the style of communication and strengthen the image of the facility. Organizing and promoting an event, a special day, or a promotion on social media are activities that need to be coordinated in terms of content and communication. TECHNICAL AREA

It provides training courses on holistic well-being, aromatherapy, physiology, knowledge of active ingredients, biomolecules and all product lines; on the notions of phytocosmetics, neuro-cosmetics, INCI interpretation, their application and indications on treatment protocols.
The courses are held by expert botanists and by Beauty Trainers for the practical parts.

NUTRACEUTICALS

The heritage of MEI’s herbal tradition has deep roots, originating in prevention through nutraceutical supplements, herbal teas, and holistic wellness pathways. le sue radici nella prevenzione con gli integratori alimentari, le tisane e i percorsi di benessere. Thanks to this unique expertise, you have the opportunity t to become a specialist by complementing your beauty and massage services with advice on natural nutritional supplements, nutritional education, and longevity protocols. The course also includes attendance at an accredited institution to obtain the SAB (food and beverage administration) licence, required for the retail sale of food products.

BUSINESS AREA

The Business area is focused on developing entrepreneurial potential, through a programme delivered by our Specialists who develop a tailored, customized solution to introduce activities that will grow the facility’s business and improve organization. The process is tailored to the partner needs and is subject to a specific agreement within the scope of the business relationship.

MARKETING AREA

It is focused on supporting beauty centres and spas in the creation of communication materials, treatment menus, social media content, and special customized theme promotions, in order to increase the visibility and success of their initiatives. Specific communication courses are planned for owners, staff, and receptionists to improve sell-out and cross-selling performance of products and services. The process is tailored to the partner needs and is subject to a specific agreement within the scope of the business relationship.

PMP
PHYTOMASSOPODIA THERAPY

Two and a half days entirely dedicated to the world of the foot, mastering the patented 50-minute method that acts from the feet to the entire body. Reflexology, drainage, muscle massage, and kinesiology: the pinnacle of manual and instrumental techniques featuring the Podostrigiles (a patented tool) inspired by the ancient massage instrument (strigiles) of the Roman Baths.

DEEP FEET RITUAL

A 2-day training course on the SPA method of foot and leg wellness to combat tension, stress, jet lag, fatigue as well as swelling, and recharge lost energy by rediscovering restful sleep.

L’ALBERO
DELLA VITA

A 2-day training program for the psychosomatic total body ritual. This de-contracting and relaxing treatment combines the PMP – Phytomassopodia foot massage with a special wrap and targeted work on reflex points and energy meridians of the back. Manual and instrumental massage techniques featuring the Podostrigiles.
