Thanks to the research conducted by Prof. Giuseppe Mazzocco and the success of our first patented method for foot treatment, PMP-Phytomassopodia, since 2007 we have directed our focus toward the constant growth of the wellness world. We specialize in creating professional products for Beauty & SPA rituals and treatments, drawing inspiration from the history of ancient Roman Baths and the concept of 'Salus Per Aquam'.
Relaxation, well-being, and beauty treatments have found their new common thread in the history of MEI and the power of our special Essential Oils.

ADRIANA TITTON
MEI FounderAdriana Titton is the President of the Company and shares her belief in natural excellence with her son Roberto Paladin, who is leading the company in its second generation, and her granddaughter Alma Paladin, who is projecting it into the third.
Since she was a child, she learned that Nature has a solution for every need and that natural prevention—both internal and external—is the key to ensuring healthy longevity. In 1988, empowered by this belief, she turned her dream into reality and founded MEI.
With the courage of a true visionary, she started with five natural formulas, a handful of loyal collaborators, and the idea of offering customers products born from the Best Italian Herbs. That dream has become a splendid reality, built on over thirty years of success, with thousands of loyal customers who have grown within the great MEI Family Adriana Titton is the President of the Company and shares her belief in natural excellence with her son Roberto Paladin, who is leading the company in its second generation, and her granddaughter Alma Paladin, who is projecting it into the third.

ROBERTO PALADIN
CEO MEIRaised with Adriana’s holistic philosophy, he developed, from a very young age, the skills to dedicate himself to research and development for the improvement of natural products.
Raised with Adriana’s holistic philosophy, he developed, from a very young age, the skills to dedicate himself to research and development for the improvement of natural products. Since 1995 his intuitions have begun to turn into reality: first with Bimbimei, dedicated to childcare for the little ones, and later with Action+, designed to support athletes in their daily challenges This was followed by Aromatherapy, a line of essential oils designed to restore balance and well-being, and then FiordiPelle, formulated to combat cellulite. In parallel, he has continued to enrich and strengthen the range of supplements, ever-expanding the horizon of natural well-being. By virtue of this vast experience, boundless curiosity, and innate talent, he is the Creative Director and Coordinator of the R&D Team for MEI products and lines. Drawing on the studies conducted since the early 2000s with Prof. Giuseppe Mazzocco of the University of Padua, he brought the new Wellness Concept to life, creating the professional MEISPA and MEIBEAUTY lines and establishing MEI as a leading brand in the national and international aesthetics and SPA world. Passionate about education, he personally manages training courses for SPA teams and has served as a CIDESCO lecturer for aromatherapy; speaker at international conferences and major events (Cosmoprof, BeautyForum, Nouvelle Estetique), and writes editorials for professional beauty and wellness magazines.
ALMA PALADIN
Export Manager & Project Development MEIShe supports Roberto in coordinating the Research and Development Team and the Production Chain, ensuring product procurement plans are aligned with formulation projects and market trends.

Following her degree in Languages and experience gained abroad, she manages market development, the organization and management of trade fairs, and relations with international distributors.
She personally oversees the projects for the creation of Private Label lines on behalf of corporate clients.
She supports Roberto in coordinating the Research and Development Team and the Production Chain, ensuring product procurement plans are aligned with formulation projects and market trends.

DANILA CORDANI
Brand & MarketingAs the Company’s SPA Marketing Manager, she coordinates professional staff training, maintains brand standards, and creates SPA menus. She works alongside Roberto Paladin in developing signature rituals and new Beauty & SPA products.
Drawing on extensive experience with international companies in the cosmetics and fitness sectors, she successfully manages Brand development and marketing strategies, overseeing all corporate communications.
As the Company’s SPA Marketing Manager, she coordinates professional staff training, maintains brand standards, and creates SPA menus. She works alongside Roberto Paladin in developing signature rituals and new Beauty & SPA products.
STEFANO TELONI
Beauty SupervisorAfter earning a degree in Economics and a Master's in Consumer Psychology, he enriched his training with NLP, becoming a Master Practitioner and Mental Coach He boasts extensive experience in the professional aesthetics sector, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility, ranging from training to sales.
Raised in a family of perfumers, from a young age he breathed in the passion for the world of beauty and well-being. After earning a degree in Economics and a Master's in Consumer Psychology, he enriched his training with NLP, becoming a Master Practitioner and Mental Coach He boasts extensive experience in the professional aesthetics sector, where he has held roles of increasing responsibility, ranging from training to sales. Thanks to this significant background, he is the MEI Supervisor for the Italian aesthetics channel.
ROBERTO MORET
CFOAs the Administrative Manager, he oversees the company’s accounting and financial supervision, ensuring that the Company’s strategic development plans are economically sustained.

PROF. GIUSEPPE MAZZOCCO
Former Professor of Exercise and Sport Sciences at the University of Padua, Massage Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Doctor of Science in Chiropractic, and Professor of Defectology—with post-graduate specializations in Phytotherapy at the University of Siena and Cosmetic Sciences at the University of Milan—he serves as the scientific advisor for the creation of professional treatment protocols and the synergy of action with the active ingredients of MEI natural products.

Back Office Beauty & SPAWith a degree in Languages, she has collaborated with the Company for over ten years, managing orders for both national and international professional clients.
BEAUTY TRAINER
Highly experienced professional beauticians, expertly trained in MEI treatment protocols and rituals, are the dedicated resources for training Beauty Center and SPA teams. In addition to teaching specific manual techniques, they provide in-depth product knowledge and strategic advice to ensure that every partner acquires the necessary know-how for the maximum success of MEI treatments.
MARTA OSTINET
Graphic&DesignGraduated in Design, she is a professional graphic designer who creates visual materials and online and offline communication tools. She supports the marketing and sales departments in developing projects and initiatives dedicated to customers. She also manages the design of renders and presentations for new product launches and Private Label projects.
